Olamide has explained why he has resolved to work with Big BrotherNaija winner, Efe, follwoing people's impression that he's not gifted with music. 'Baddo' did assert that he is ready to
work with Efe no matter the odds.
“Whenever he is ready, a lot of
people tend to look down on others who they think is not talented
enough, you don’t judge a book by its cover in most cases'', he
tells Moet Abebe of Soundcity radio.
"I see hunger, zeal, passionate
person anytime I see Efe and someone who is going to be very diligent
with his work," going on to quote the bible verse which says
that a diligent man will stand before kings.
“The guy may not be all that
fantastic or spectacular but I can see it in him over time he is
going to develop himself as he grows in the industry,” Olamide
remarks.
On his industry persona being different
from his personal life, Olamide simply says music is his grind and
hustle that doesn’t have anything to do with real life.
The YBNL boss also talks about why Temi
Ovwasa has been off the radar ever since dropping her debut single,
how he comes up with the slangs like ‘Sneh’, what his greatest
achievement will be, his fears, and more.
