One of the premier students of Benin
film academy, Jennifer Osakwe is ready to conquer the screen. The budding actress recently landed her first major role in an up coming movie produced
and directed by Amen Imasuen for Iceslide films.
Titled, "So deep A
mother's love", the movie is starring notable actors such as Kalu Ikeagwu, Mercy
Aigbe, Nosa Rex and Michael Isokpan. Osakwe is playing a lead role in the movie.
Speaking on the movie, the elated wannabe star said 'It's a dream come true for me', adding "the Benin Film Academy has been a huge blessing to her as well as other colleagues."
On enrolling at the school, Jennifer Osakwe who is a graduate of
physical education University of Benin said "I just wanted to try it out but was scared it
will go the way if other film academy that has ended up being a scam
in Benin but because of the name of Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen and of
course Igbinedion university, I decided to enroll and now, you can see how with
a space of three months, I have featured in two movies and starring alongside Mercy Aigbe, Kalu Ikeagwu among others. This is for real as my joy knows no bounds."
